Covid vaccine makers are free from liability
This means that you cannot sue if you experience a serious adverse reaction after receiving the vaccine.
This is because of the Prep Act of 2005 which protects the manufacturers, doctors, nurses - everyone except the person getting the vaccine.
Please get your lot number from the vaccine you received, ask your doctor to report your adverse event; you can report it if they don't.
All adverse events following vaccination need to be reported to VAERS, whether or not you think they were caused by the vaccine.
Post-marketing surveillance, in addition to pre licensure data, is necessary to truly understand the safety profile of Covid-19 vaccines.

VAERS Information
The Vaccine Adverse Event Reporting System (VAERS) database contains information on unverified reports of adverse events (illnesses, health problems, and/or symptoms) following immunization with US-licensed vaccines. (but now Covid vaccine that is only approved for EMERGENCY AUTHORIZATION) Reports are accepted from anyone and are MANDATED to be reported by medical personal (BUT MOST OFTEN ARE NOT REPORTED as there are no repercussions for not following the law). Those reports can be submitted electronically at WWW.VAERS.HHS.GOV. This is a very important topic that needs to be addressed in Pennsylvania. Covid is a BRAND new vaccine and technology being rolled at as well speak. There is a large push and planned out phase system from our Department of Health and Dr. Levine to make sure all Pennsylvanians are vaccinated with Covid-19 vaccine. We need to start the discussion and begin the process to set the groundwork for keeping track of whether this brand new medical procedure is better or worse than Covid itself. You know better than me that the checks and balances are needed and are essential as Public Health officials in this state of gone off the rails and using the manipulation of case numbers of Covid cases to keep Pennsylvania locked down. The VAERS* reports for COVID-19 vaccines through 12/30/20 have been as of 1/7/21. 3,916 reports of adverse events following vaccination were filed by 12/30/20. Of those, 877 adverse events required an ER/ED visit, and 13 vaccine recipients died. Of 140 reported adverse events labeled as "serious," 50 were in young adults (presumably healthy) age 17-45. Another 56 were in adults age 46-65. Only 17 were adults over the age of 75. 55% of the ER/ED visits were vaccinated individuals age 17-45. 3 of the deaths were people in their 60's. 2 death reports, inexplicably, listed no age, described the recipients as "foreign," did not provide a batch number, and states, "no follow-up attempts are possible." The Informed Consent Action Network, who has recently sent this letter to HHS, FDA and CDC demanding that detailed and thorough mandates regarding adverse event reporting be put into place and to hold these agencies accountable for vaccine safety.
